Board of Directors Meeting

• Thursday 6/03 Dinner: 6pm-7am
• Thursday 6/03 Meeting: 7pm-9:30pm
• Friday 6/04 Breakfast: 7am-8am
• Friday 6/04 Meeting: 8am-4pm

District Chairs meeting to follow immediately after Board of Directors meeting.

Hotel Room Block Details

A reserved block of rooms under APTA New York is available at the hotel for $309 per room (plus taxes and fee’s).

These rooms will be held until 12:00 AM on Monday, May 10th, 2027.

Due to the limited availability of this room block, reservations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended to register at your earliest convenience.

A room block booking link will be made available closer to the event date.
