Long Island PTs & PTAs Making Strides Together

Join the Long Island District as we come together to support the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk!

We are building a team that brings together the entire Long Island physical therapy community—PT and PTA students, practicing PTs and PTAs, faculty, alumni, friends, family, and anyone who wants to make a difference.

Our goal is to create one strong LI APTA team made up of sub-teams representing local PT and PTA programs, individual practices, and groups of physical therapy professionals across Long Island. Whether you're walking with your school, your colleagues, your classmates, or simply want to support the cause, there is a place for you on our team.

Breast cancer affects our patients, our families, our friends, and our communities. As physical therapists and physical therapist assistants, we have the opportunity to support those affected by cancer not only through the care we provide, but also by coming together as a profession to support an important cause.

Registration Details

Sign up using the team link below, for the APTA New York Long Island District. Clinics, Individuals and schools can sign up as an individual or create/join a sub-team under our organization.
